[Hugging] Hugging is okay with his sisters, Evvy, Lark, and Rosethorn. You're not one of them? Unless it was a hug of "YES WE'RE STILL ALIVE", letting go after a little bit would be a good idea.
[Kissing] He'll kiss his sisters and teacher on the cheek, but apart from that... Asking first would be a good idea.
[Flirting] He will, most likely, flirt back. If you think he's flirting with you first, check for a plant nearby. That's most likely what he was directing that whistle or "Hello beautiful" at.
[Sex-] He's 14. He'll be very happy to do that with the ladies if he was four years older with PTSD, but not now.
[Shipping] Ahahahahhah....go ahead? He'll flirt, but he won't mean anything by it. It most likely wouldn't go anywhere. Evvy's the only girl he's wanted to introduce to his sisters (when he's 18) and she's his student.
[Fighting] Ask first, but it might be fun.
[Injury] Ask first. (Monsters are welcome to try-)
[Killing] Ask first~
[Telepathy/Mind Reading] He will notice when you try. Telepathy -> him, he will slam you out of his head because you aren't one of his sisters, or his teacher. He doesn't recognize your mind? It gets shoved out.

[ What He Can See ]

Like his sisters, Briar can see magic. It's easier to see it when it's worked, like when someone is healing or polishing stones (for a stone mage), or if he's actively sensing for it. So comment here if you believe he'd be able to see something on your character.

Briar may well be a great mage himself, so if your character can see magic, he might blind them, even more so if he's meditating. This is the same as Tris, his sister.
